Vanquish Volante offers the class-leading performance of Vanquish Coupe with the liberating feeling of open-top driving. With 835PS and 1,000Nm from the 5.2-litre Twin Turbo V12 engine, Vanquish delivers class-leading performance, complementing its muscular yet elegant styling.
Engineering and performance
ENGINE
Hand built in the UK, with 835PS and a class leading 1,000Nm of torque, the new V12 engine is unmatched. The result of a complete re-design, targeting optimisation and improvement, the new engine refines every stage of the internal combustion process to achieve unprecedented performance and efficiency.
Wheelbase and Weight Distribution
Vanquish has an 80mm longer wheelbase than previous generation models. This increase has been added between the front axle and A-pillar. By extending the wheelbase, weight distribution is rebalanced with 50.6% : 49.4% frontto- rear balance. This weight adjustment offers both excellent high-speed stability, with a weight balance that communicates a balanced and progressive chassis feel to the driver.
BRAKES
Vanquish is fitted with 410mm x 38mm Carbon Ceramic front discs and 360mm x 38mm rear discs. CCB disc construction features a core of ceramic material, reinforced with carbon fibre with an additional ceramic friction layer on the braking surface. This provides both mass reduction and improved thermal capacity when compared to steel discs.
The Vanquish Volante represents the ultimate expression of open-top grand touring, combining breathtaking aesthetics with exhilarating performance in a truly sensory driving experience.
EXTERIOR
The Vanquish Volante 'K-fold' roof creates a beautifully sculpted roof line, maintaining a muscular yet elegant silhouette profile. The two stage K-fold procedure achieves a class-leading, compact 260mm folded height allowing an uninterrupted and seamless rear design profile while maintaining optimum luggage capacity.
Interior
SEATING
Vanquish is equipped with the Sports Plus Seat for optimum support and long-distance comfort. For a more focused experience with enhanced support, the carbon fibre Performance Seat is optional. Vanquish features a low seating position creating a sporting feel and the perfect position for dynamic driving. The low centre console and scalloped door panels optimise space around the upper body ensuring the driver's arms are not hindered during dynamic driving or manoeuvring.

QUILTING
Precision craft remains at the core of all Aston Martin cabins with exquisite detailing and unique character embodied by the new quilting patterns unique to Vanquish. Quilting is applied to the Sports Plus Seat and rear parcel shelf. Where the carbon roof is selected, the quilting from the rear parcel shelf is mirrored on the headlining.
PERFORMANCE LEATHER
Inspired by the motorsport mantra that every gram counts, the optional Performance leather interior trim saves 1.7kg. Retaining the same high-quality Bridge of Weir leather hides, Performance leather is 'skived', a process of shaving the leather surface to remove extraneous material and hence weight. This is selectively applied to key areas on the headlining, centre console and rear environment to optimise weight reduction which maintaining durability and luxury character.
